The construction of this promotion made for Solvia, the Banc Sabadell’s real estate developer, was finished in 2014, with the real estate market heavily affected by the pricing drop due to the economic crisis. The singularity of these 10 housings is the housing approach in floor that was made by the architects’ team: very roomy apartments with a really wide 30 m² outer terrace in each one, which brought singularity and adaptability, as compared to other market offers.

Both ground-floor housings replaced the outside balcony with a small garden. The premises where equipped with a community swimming pool and a courtyard and an underground parking lot, with 20 parking spaces.

The budget for the work was fixed in 4 million euros.
